Coordinator, Housing - 12 Week Fixed Term Position

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Darwin - Nightcliff Unit 4

Join TeamHEALTH's TeamCONNECT Brokerage Program on a 3-month contract, working alongside our housing team to coordinate homelessness brokerage support across the Northern Territory. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage a high volume of referrals, assess needs, and connect people experiencing homelessness to crisis accommodation and essential services.

Bring your experience in homelessness, mental health, or community services and make a real impact for people who need it most.

Head of Property

Lead the management of TeamHEALTH's diverse property portfolio — 36 community housing properties and 14 commercial sites across the Top End. This senior role oversees asset management, tenancy operations, NRSCH compliance, and a dedicated Property team, reporting directly to the CEO. benefits include 5 weeks' annual leave with leave loading, salary packaging up to $15,900 p/a, and a compressed working fortnight option
