The Executive Manager - Services will develop and implement strategic and operational plans stemming from the organisation-wide planning process. The focus of the role entails evaluating the effectiveness of services provided to ensure continuous improvement in line with best practices within the community services sector, generation of an increased profile in the community services sector and awareness and to oversee the provision of supports. The role will also identify and introduce new initiatives to enhance (or extend existing supports), and remedy gaps or duplications in services.
Possessing qualifications in health, mental health, community services or relevant discipline plus five (5) years' senior management experience, the successful applicant will have demonstrated capability to operate and think strategically displaying strong business acumen and a high level of initiative.
This role provides a real opportunity to apply your professional expertise and experience in the community services sector, to play a significant part in meeting these challenges and in shaping community services with a positive impact on the lives of Territorians.

The Child and Family Wellbeing Worker will assist in establishing good referral pathways, into and out of the service in order to reach vulnerable children, young people and families who may not otherwise engage with the mental health or children’s service sector.
Under the direction of the Regional Manager the Child and Family Wellbeing Worker will also provide education, training and information to promote awareness of mental health to participants of the program and the community.
