Even if we try to achieve one of these things a day it will set up a really great practice for when things go back to normal.
This can be started by setting a reminder in your phone to call someone. Pick up a book that you've been meaning to read (I, personally have a shelf...or two...). Turn off social media for a day. The activities in this calendar can have a really surprising effect if you let them.
