Almost 70% of people with a mental illness don’t seek help when they need it because of the stigma attached to mental illness, but by showing our support for mental health we can start to change this.

Jill Penny is a mother of two young women, one of whom has high performing autism, bi-polar disorder, psychosis and paranoia and severe depression, she is looking after her own mental health by getting involved and staying involved with mental health service provider, TeamHEALTH.

Long-time Territorian Fred has been living with significant health issues for 4 years and it is only from the assistance received through a Home Care Package provided by TeamHEALTH that he now has a roof over his head and the support to recover and continue to lead a full and valued life.
